My name is Matt.I’m not a fitness influencer.I train, work a demanding professional job, and structure my life so nothing collapses when pressure shows up.That balance isn’t accidental.
It’s engineered.
Over the last six years, I rebuilt my body and my schedule at the same time. I went from a 150lb 22-year old to a strong, durable 200lb marathon runner at 28 years old.During that process, I ran six marathons, built a 450-pound squat and a 315-pound bench, and progressed through the ranks in a high-pressure sales career.Not in isolation.Not during a “perfect” season of life.But while managing work, stress, work travel, and real responsibility.
That experience is the system.
